Should I take any precautions before or during my flight if I use Yasmin?

Next month I have a scheduled flight lasting 2 hours (and after a week another, return). From 2.5 years accepts Yasmin. During their use, there were no problems or serious ailments, except for occasional headaches. Should I take any precautions before or during the flight? I will add that I am 36 years old.

According to the drug documentation, air travel of more than 4 hours may temporarily increase the risk of blood clots, especially if the patient has some risk factor, which includes: - high overweight: body mass index (BMI) above 30 kg / m2; - if someone in your immediate family has blood clots in your legs, lungs or other organs at a younger age (e.g. under 50 years of age); - if the patient needs to undergo surgery or if she is immobilized for a long time; - age over 35 years; - childbirth in the last few weeks. First of all, the flight you have planned will not last long - only 2 hours. It is not apparent from your entry that there are special circumstances that may increase the risk, except for your age, because you are over 35 years old. It seems sufficient to take standard steps, such as casual clothing, good hydration, taking care - as far as possible - of freedom of movement, avoiding positions that hinder blood circulation or remembering about the dose of movement in place or through a short walk on board the plane.
