Ashwagandha can enhance the effect of antidepressants, and in combination with those that, like Venlectine, affect the concentration of serotonin in the brain, even contribute to the onset of serotonin syndrome. Before the possible use of preparations with ashwagandha, I recommend consulting the attending physician.
