Can I apply Ginoring despite bleeding?

On Sunday I will peel off my 3rd contraceptive patch and the gynecologist said that on Monday I have to apply the contraceptive disc ginoring because we will come to it. But the bleeding occurred on Friday and will probably continue until Monday. Can I apply the disc anyway?

Ginoring can be applied even if the bleeding has not stopped. According to the Summary of Product Characteristics: "Ginoring should be established at the latest on the day following the break in the use of the transdermal system" At the latest, this means that you can have ordered your doctor earlier and so.
