Can these drugs be combined: Bixebra 5mg and Seronil 10mg?

Hello. You are taking Bixebra 5mg 2x a day and Seronil 10 mg 1x daily. Can these drugs be combined due to the content of Ivabradine. Thank you for your reply and best regards.

At the outset, it should be noted that the treatment of the patient is decided by the attending physician. In the event that both drugs were prescribed by the same doctor - please follow the dosage regimen. If medicines have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation is necessary to determine whether these medicines can be used concomitantly and whether there is a need to change the dosage recommendations. The simultaneous use of Bixenda and Seronil may cause cardiac arrhythmias. The combined use of these drugs may be therapeutically beneficial, the patient should be closely monitored for signs of toxicity during the use of the combination. These drugs should be used very carefully under strict medical supervision. If you experience pain in the heart area, irregular heart rhythm, shortness of breath, fainting - tell your doctor.
