Is it possible to use psyllium plantain while taking hormonal contraception?
Good morning, so far I have been taking psyllium for digestive support, but now I have been prescribed Aidee contraceptive pills. I read and heard that I should not take my grandmother while taking contraception orally. What other preparations can I use to support digestion in this case?
