The drug Tianesal is a preparation prescribed by the doctor, you should follow the dosage instructions given by him. If there are none, we follow the instructions contained in the Summary of Product Characteristics "The recommended dose is 1 tablet (12.5 mg) 3 times a day (morning, noon and evening), before meals."
