Does long-term use of analgesics immunize the body to them? I had inflammation of the hip-sacral joint. No medication helped with the pain except Skudexy. I used only for the greatest pain, for a period of several months. Currently, the inflammation has been cured. Sometimes I have migraines. Before using skudeksy for migraines, Solpadein helped me. Currently, I noticed that Solpadein does not have an effect at all. Could it be the fault of using previously strong drugs or is it rather a coincidence?

The situation may not be accidental, because in Solpadein and Skudex there are ingredients from the same group of analgesics, with a similar receptor holder in terms of action, with Tramadol, contained in Skudex, having a stronger analgesic effect than codeine from Solpadein. In this case, there may have been a development of drug tolerance, habituation to the use of a stronger drug. If Skudexa has been used for a period of several months, this is conventionally how long it takes for the receptors to "forget" about the drug used.
