Hello, whether 12 weeks after the last intercourse gynecologist would see pregnancies through transvaginal ultrasound if it happened or is there a chance that sometimes you can not see anything? I take anti pills, I had bleeding from withdrawal, but I wanted to confirm it by ultrasound.

Such an advanced pregnancy should be easily visible in ultrasound, because at this stage basically all the organs of the baby are already visible. If you were pregnant 12 weeks after intercourse, it would mean that you are already in the second trimester. However, if you care about the unambiguous opinion of the gynecologist, please clearly declare at the visit that you want to exclude pregnancy. Then the doctor will answer you whether, in his opinion, using the available apparatus, there is any chance that he could not notice it.
