Hello. What anti-inflammatory drugs can I take for temporomandibular joint pain due to missing posterior teeth when I take Valzek every day?

Without consulting a doctor, you should not use any anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs with Valzek. It is recommended to exercise extreme caution when using drugs from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and the drug Valzek. This applies to both preparations that selectively inhibit the activity of cyclooxygenase-2 and non-selectively inhibit the activity of cyclooxygenase-2. The combination of anti-inflammatory medicines with Valzek may lead to a deterioration in kidney function and an increase in the level of potassium in the blood. It is recommended to monitor the functioning of the kidneys. In addition, anti-inflammatory drugs may weaken the antihypertensive effect of Valzek: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/81327/valzek-tabletki/apteki If you need to use an anti-inflammatory drug, I encourage you to consult your doctor. The doctor will determine the possible dosage of anti-inflammatory drugs.
