Is discomfort during intercourse and decreased libido an indication to change the tablets to others?

Hello, I have been taking Leverette contraceptive pills for over a year. Unfortunately, for about 4/5 months I have a very reduced libido, and during intercourse I feel a lot of discomfort. Also after intercourse, bleeding occurs very often. Could it be due to these pills? Does this qualify for changing the pills to different ones?

With orfique tablets I did not have a problem with libido or discomfort, unfortunately I had to change them due to spotting before menstruation and the gynecologist suggested these, at the beginning everything was fine but after a long time of use I noticed just such symptoms as I described hence my suspicion fell on the tablets and therefore the question was born in my head whether it will qualify for a change to another because I know that in many women sometimes choosing the right pills a little lasts

Bleeding after intercourse is not a normal symptom and should prompt you to visit a gynecologist, which will help assess whether the ailments may be related to taking hormones: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/74325/czego-objawem-jest-krwawienie-po-stosunku Contraception should not be associated with the occurrence of unacceptable side effects. If you do not feel like getting close, and they are unpleasant for you, it is definitely worth taking steps to determine why this is so. If the suspicion falls on the pills, then the change of the contraceptive preparation may have its justification. If you are accompanied by any side effects in this case; decrease in libido, discomfort during intercourse (caused most quickly by vaginal dryness) and bleeding occurring immediately after intercourse, which means that something is wrong. Properly selected contraceptive pills should not give any symptoms that would negatively affect your well-being. I would suggest visiting a gynecologist and informing him about the side effects. If he does not find contraindications, he will immediately prescribe you other tablets. If you feel bad about them, then it is better to just change them. Why bother. Good luck ;)
