Can a 2-hour delay in changing the Evra patch reduce its effectiveness and cause brown spotting?

Hello, I have been using Evra contraceptive patches for three years. My day of patch change is Wednesday, unfortunately I missed a few hours with the change of patch and on Thursday around 6 p.m. I got spotting of brown color, it is scanty and accompanies me with a slight hatch in the left jejniku. I have not cooperated for a week and used the patches correctly. Do I have any reason to worry about pregnancy or more dangerous infections?

I understand that the delay was two hours? In such a situation, there is no need to use additional methods of contraception, the effectiveness of the patches is preserved. Spotting may result from the effect of hormonal contraception on the cycle. If it persists or repeats, it is worth going to the doctor for a check-up.
