Can I combine Sirdalud, Gabapentin and Xarelto?

Is it possible to use Sirdalud in a person after a stroke, together with the drugs: Gabapentin and Xarelto? Sirdalud is supposed to help with very bothersome nocturnal skinns of the calves.
