My breasts have been aching for a few days, and I have to get withdrawal bleeding in 12 days. Usually, the breasts start to hurt me about a week before bleeding and not 2 weeks before. A week ago I also finished antibiotic therapies for sinusitis. Could the antibiotic have affected the pills and therefore hurts my breasts earlier than ever?

An antibiotic may impair the effectiveness of contraception, which may have caused pain symptoms earlier than usual. Pain may indicate that bleeding in this cycle will occur earlier than usual. If you used an additional form of contraception (condom) while taking the antibiotic and within 7 days after the end of antibiotic therapy - breast pain that has appeared or bleeding and mid-cycle spotting should not be alarming. In the next cycle, the situation should normalize. I enclose links to helpful materials: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji
