Pain in the limbs and dizziness when using statins - are they dangerous?

I know I've been taking Atoris 10 for two weeks and I have the impression that I'm weak after them and my head is spinning. As I took in the evening it hurt my arms, legs so I started taking in the morning and it makes me happen. Is this normal and do I need to change the drug?

Pain in the extremities is a common adverse reaction with Atoris. Fatigue and dizziness, although less often, but can also happen when using the drug. In most cases, these symptoms disappear with continued treatment and do not require a change of medication. During the follow-up visit, it is worth reporting to the doctor any side effects that occurred during the use of the drug.
