In the Summary of Product Characteristics, it provides information on how to administer the drug to young children. THAT IS: The recommended dose is administered without diluting the prepared suspension. After administration of the drug, you should give the child to drink milk or tea. In my understanding, if you can drink milk, you can also mix it with modified milk. You can therefore try to give the medicine in milk, but please note that the child should drink the entire prepared portion of milk, otherwise he will not take the due dose of antibiotic.
