How to use Kostarox, Apo-Napro and Poltram-Combo?

You are prescribed 3 drugs that have an analgesic effect, two of them: Apo-Napro and Kostarox have anti-inflammatory effects and belong to the same group of preparations. Apo-Napro and Kostarox can only be taken together if they have been prescribed by one doctor, or if the doctors prescribing these preparations have been informed about what other medicines the patient is already taking. Combining drugs of the same group, that is, in this case, increases the risk of side effects from the gastrointestinal tract (stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding). Therefore, it is worth using a stomach cover (i.e. Omeprazole, Bioprazol, Controloc), which can be purchased without a prescription. We take it 30 min. before the first meal. Kostarox we give once a day It can be taken with food or regardless of meals, but the effect of the drug can be faster if taken without food. Apo-Napro should be used during or after a meal every 12 hours. (i.e. after breakfast and after dinner). Poltram-Combo is a combination of two analgesic components of tramadol and paracetamol. We use the drug once a day before bedtime. Sample dosage regimen: 30 min before breakfast - cover (Bioprazol, Controloc) During breakfast or after - Apo-Napro 2 h after breakfast - Kostarox During dinner or after - Apo-Napro Before bedtime - Poltram-Combo If Kostarox and Poltram-Combo are enough to relieve pain, you can give up the drug Apo-Napro.
