What to do after Adaring falls out? Can I put it back on after two days?
2 days ago they will put the Adaring system out to me and after rinsing it, I forgot to put it on right away. As it was my first week, I do not know whether to take a break and put on a new system at the next menstruation or immediately set up a new system.

Adaring is already 2 days outside the vagina in the first week of using the drug. In your case, i.e. the puck falls out in the 1st or 2nd week. Of use, it should be put back on as soon as possible, in addition, for the next 7 days, non-hormonal contraceptive methods (condom) should be used. You can apply the new system now. If you want to wait until the next menstruation, there are no contraindications not to do it. Of course, at this point there will be no contraceptive protection. Then we act exactly as if we had not used any hormonal contraceptive in the previous cycle. That is, the application of the first day of menstruation and additional mechanical protection during intercourse.
