According to available sources, the combined use of Mirtagen, Madopar, Polpix and Nakom mite does not lead to a risk of drug interactions. However, it should be known that Madopar and Nakom mite are preparations containing the same substance - levodopa in combination with other drugs (in the case of Madopar, additionally benserazide, and in the case of Nakom mite carbidopa). Therefore, if these two drugs were prescribed by one doctor, it would be recommended to strictly follow the recommendations to minimize the risk of overdose.
