What to do when changing from kontarcept to micro21 Hi I started to take kontracept I have 20 pcs Well, after finishing taking pills I want to start taking microgynon 21 and honestly nwm if I have to take a 7-day break and on the 8th day get micro or after finishing taking 20 pieces for the next day get micro but without a break which option is better and effective?

Both options are appropriate: - you can take the first tablet of Microgynon the next day after finishing the last tablet of Kontracept - you can take the usual seven-day break after the end of Kontracept and take the first tablet of Microgynon on the first day after this break (as you have taken the first tablet from the next package so far) The manufacturer ensures that following the recommendations will not reduce the effectiveness of the preparation and there is no need for additional use methods of contraception.
