Good morning
I have a question because I work out at the gym every day, I do squats, lunges, lunges and other strength things, as well as walking, running uphill on the treadmill for up to 2 hours, so I sweat and I also sweat down there
And my question: will these daily exercises affect because I exercise every day for a number of hours, will it affect the effectiveness of contraception?

To @Olaa:
If the ring has fallen out, rinse it in cold or lukewarm water and put it back into the vagina as soon as possible. Tap water will not reduce the effectiveness of anti-contraception.
But if it falls out, I can put it under water
And then wipe it off with a towel? And then put it in? Should you put one out of the water?
How much under this tap can I keep it?
Won't such tap water kill its effectiveness?

There are no recommendations to "soak" the disc in water before application and the manufacturer does not inform what the consequences may be. The pre-packaged product is new and ready to use - no need to wash or soak it. Exceptionally, for example, in the event of falling out, it is enough to wash the vaginal therapeutic system in cold or lukewarm water and put it back on as soon as possible.
