The patch is applied correctly and its operation is preserved. The patch may wrinkle because the skin is working - such wrinkles should not bother. Additionally, dirt may accumulate on the outskirts - this is also normal. If the patch does not peel off and adheres to the skin - protection is preserved. Sticking the first patch on the first day of natural menstruation means that you are protected from pregnancy from the first day of wearing the patch.
