I take Sidretella 20 tablets. Because of diarrhea, I took 2 tablets one day (the second tablet from the reserve package). If I finish 21 tablets, I take a 7-day break. Can I take a tablet from the new package on the 8th day or do I have to take one day earlier?

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, the next Tablet of Sidretella 20 should be taken after a 7-day break on the next (8) day, thus starting a new pack of Sidretella. In the case of gastrointestinal disorders, the solution you used was most deliberate. Taking an additional tablet from the spare package was aimed at maintaining adequate contraceptive protection, and at the same time maintaining the proper scheme of use of the currently taken packaging of tablets (the cycle of taking was not disturbed). Therefore, there is no need to take the tablet one day before.
