Good morning, my menstruation is about 15 days late, the test was done in the meantime, which showed a negative result, I suffer from hypothyroidism, which is fine, menstruation and I do not hear anything, we make love with my husband without protection, I have such a dull pain in the lower abdomen. Unprotected intercourse can, of course, lead to pregnancy, but in your case this is contradicted by a negative pregnancy test performed after the expected date of menstruation. However, it may be worth repeating it or performing a blood test for the level of chorionic gonadotropin. If you have menstruated regularly so far, and now the bleeding is delayed for two weeks and is accompanied by pain, it should prompt you to contact a gynecologist.
