Should I apply a new disc after a 7-day break even if there is no bleeding?

Or if there is a week's break after removing the puck, then I put it on after a week's break even if I do not have menstruation?

Yes, the new disc should be applied after a 7-day break regardless of whether bleeding occurs or not. If bleeding does not also appear in the next cycle - you should take a pregnancy test that you will buy at the pharmacy. If the situation with the absence of bleeding will be repeated, despite the negative result of the pregnancy test, then you should consult a gynecologist.
