Oekolp is a prescription cream and should be used as directed by the doctor who prescribed it. Usually, for the first weeks (maximum 4), 0.5 g of cream per day (1/2 of the applicator volume) is used each day, and then the frequency of use is reduced depending on the disappearance of symptoms, until a maintenance dose is obtained, e.g. 0.5 g of cream twice a week. I attach a leaflet of the cream: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/55771/oekolp-krem/ulotka and an article that can be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/leki-na-nietrzymanie-moczu
