When to put on another Ginoring album if I want to skip the break?
Good morning, if I started using ginoring discs on June 17 and I do not want to take a break, because I am leaving and I would prefer not to have a teddy bear, should I wear the next disc on July 7 or 8? Will the effectiveness be maintained?

The next disc should be put on immediately after removing the current one, which falls on July 8. Contraceptive protection will be preserved, but during this time there may be mid-cycle bleeding or spotting.
