How to discontinue Encorton for pharyngitis?

Good morning, I have been prescribed the drug Encorton for pharyngitis at a dose of 30mg for 5 days. The doctor did not say anything about reducing the dose, he is now on leave and I do not know what to do, whether to stop suddenly or reduce the doses, if so in what scheme and how long? Please reply quickly. Thank you

Since the doctor did not say anything about the gradual reduction of the dose, it means that after 5 days the drug should be discontinued and the treatment should be completed.
