Do not combine the drugs Oxydolor and Tramal. This combination significantly increases the risk of side effects such as seizures and can lead to life-threatening respiratory depression (respiratory arrest). These drugs should be used separately and only after consulting a doctor. The dosage regimen established with a specialist should be followed.
