If you have menstruated regularly so far, then pregnancy tests made of blood or urine performed after the expected date of menstruation should already show pregnancy if it happened. If bleeding does not occur in the following days, then in my opinion you can repeat the test and go to the gynecologist. Around the 5-6th week of pregnancy (the time should be counted from the last menstruation), the doctor can already observe whether pregnancy has occurred.
