Is it possible to combine Topamax with Bibloc and Euthyrox?

I'm a migrainer. For 10 months I have been taking topamax in doses of 10-0-25, for three months due to arrhythmias, palpitations, the doctor prescribed me 10 Bibles, at the same time from the endocrinologist for hypothyroidism ( + periodically hashimoto) I got euthyroxN25 . In the leaflet topamax I read that you can not combine this drug with beta blockers with propranolol. How does it relate to bibloc. And can I take these drugs euthyrox. I have a visit to a neurologist only in 2 months.

The drugs Topamax, Bibloc and Euthyrox can be combined with each other. However, it should be taken into account that Euthyrox may weaken the effect of Bibloc - so if you do not see any improvement during therapy, it is worth consulting a doctor, you may need to increase the dose of Bibloc. In addition, I would like to mention that symptoms such as arrhythmias, palpitations may be an adverse reaction of Topamax. It may be worth discussing reducing the dose of Topamax to the lowest effective dose, then there is a chance that the above-mentioned symptoms will disappear without the addition of Bibloc. As for the interaction of Topamax with the drug Bibloc. There is no need to worry here. Although Propranolol and Bibloc belong to the same group - betablockers, their mechanisms of action are slightly different, therefore, the fact that Topamax increases the concentration of Propranolol and Propranolol Topamax does not mean that this will also be the case with Bibloc. For @Misia: This combination may lead to a slight increase in the concentration of Topamax in the blood. However, it does not require a change in the dosage of both drugs. However, it may increase the risk of side effects, including skin rashes. Observed side effects should be reported to the doctor, which we write about here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane Symptomatically, over-the-counter antiallergic preparations for use on the skin can be used, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/10265/bepanthen-sensiderm-krem/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/29502/fenistil-zel/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/36797/hydrocortisonum-aflofarm-krem/apteki More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/preparaty-na-alergie-skorne

Can topamax and propanalol be combined with each other? Can taking both of these drugs together cause a rash on the body?
