According to the manufacturer of the drug Depo-Provera, some patients using this drug suffer from disorders in the length and abundance of menstruation. Irregular, unpredictable bleeding and/or spotting, excessively heavy or prolonged bleeding may occur. However, I will add that any non-standard menstrual bleeding - both too short and prolonged is the basis for contacting a doctor. Although you may suspect that it is caused by the use of a new drug, in such a situation it is worth consulting a gynecologist. Through the GdziePoLek portal, you can arrange a consultation with an online gynecologist if you do not have the opportunity to make an appointment in person.
