I am two days after the fistula curettage procedure after the removal of two teeth. Today, the pain has clearly intensified. Unfortunately, my surgeon is on vacation. Can I take Nimesil as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory?

Nimesil is a drug in the form of granules to produce a suspension, which can be used in the treatment of pain, inflammatory and degenerative diseases.
