What should I use as an ad hoc sedation solution if I am taking Asertin?

Good morning, I'm struggling with anxiety neurosis. I have been taking Asertin 50 for 2 weeks. Take the first time for 4 days 1/2 tablet, and then the whole. I have a lot of stress now and since Zorak I struggle with a feeling of neurosis, slight dizziness, I can not calm down, there are delicate panic / anxiety attacks. Can I take any sedatives like neospasmina/valused? I also have hydroxysinuium at home. Alternatively, is there anything else that I can safely take for an ad hoc calming?

You can temporarily take plant sedatives, such as Valused, Neospasmina. It is not recommended to take hydroxyzine during treatment with sertraline (the active ingredient in Asertin) as it may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion and difficulty concentrating.
