According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, Vessel due F should not induce high-intensity nosebleeds. Therefore, nosebleeds may be caused by a different factor than taking Vessel due F. Regular blood pressure monitoring would be recommended, as increased bleeding may be caused by episodes of too high blood pressure. In the event that these symptoms in the form of bleeding do not go away, you should see a doctor for a detailed diagnosis of the problem.
