What to do if there are side effects of withdrawal after stopping using Venlectine?

Hi I took venlectine for some 9msc. Dose 75mg, and last month 37.5mg for withdrawal. I stopped this Saturday, then I took the last pill. And on Monday I started to feel strangely so weakened, a little sleepy, dizzy. Is this normal? And will it subside or should I go back to the doctor to resume the drug?

The symptoms that you have described belong to the effects of discontinuation of Venlectine. This preparation affects the concentration of neurotransmitters in the body, so its discontinuation takes place slowly, reducing the dose so that the body has time to adapt to new conditions. If, after dose reduction or discontinuation of treatment, symptoms develop that the patient will not be able to tolerate, a return to the previous dose should be considered after consultation with the doctor. Later, the doctor may continue to reduce the dose, but at a slower pace.
