Will anything happen when I take the fourth tablet of Coaxil?

Hi I have been taking coaxil for several days in an increased dose of 3 tablets a day before I took 2 per day.. I have a problem because I do not remember whether I took a pill in the morning or not. Will something happen if I took 4 tablets during the day?

According to the information available in the Summary of Product Characteristics, Coaxil should be used in a schedule of 1 tablet 3 times a day. If you do not remember whether you have taken the morning tablet, a safer solution will be to skip one tablet and take only 2 tablets during this day than to use a potentially fourth tablet, which would exceed the recommended daily dose.
