The lack of effectiveness of drugs is best discussed with the attending physician. Perhaps there are therapeutic options that you have not yet tried. On your own, you can try non-pharmacological methods such as electromyography (EMG biofeedback) or other teaching relaxation of the head and neck muscles. Psychotherapy and physiotherapeutic treatments and lifestyle changes towards reducing stimulants may also be helpful.
