When will my hypertension medications start working? What's wrong with me?

Hello. I have a pressure of 150/110 for 3 days I take primacor for night and morning espiro and I do not see any change. I do not know how long I have such pressure I found out by accident, I am 36 years old. I'm afraid these drugs won't work at all and I'll run out. When should they start working? The upper pressure drops nicely when I sit down while the lower one is still above 100. I did morphology tests, triglycerides, minerals, cholesterol, sugar, everything is ok. What's wrong with me??? Please help

The full antihypertensive effect of Primacor can occur within 2 weeks. Espiro, on the other hand, contains eplerenone and is indicated as an adjunct therapy for standard treatment involving the use of beta-blockers, in order to reduce the risk of cardiovascular mortality and morbidity in stable patients with left ventricular dysfunction and clinical signs of heart failure after a recent heart attack. Determining what is wrong with you requires accurate diagnostics and we are not able to answer this question here.
