What to do in case of strong side effects of antidepressants? The psychiatrist prescribed me Nexpram, 10 mg for depression and anxiety. My strongest fear is the fear of vomiting, unfortunately immediately after taking Nexpram (5 mg for 2 days - half a tablet) I had very strong anorexia and nausea, so for now I reduced the dose to 1/4 tablet. I know that the side effects may go away after a few weeks, but I just can't stand those nausea. What to do in this situation?

To @Mari: It is difficult to answer unequivocally whether it will work. You can find more information about the loss of antidepressant effects in the following thread: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/21081/moklar-co-moze-oznaczac-szybka-utrata-dzialania-lekow-przeciwdepresyjnych
Thank you for your reply. I am considering changing medications after consulting a doctor, but here comes the question I asked in the aforementioned link - will Seroxat work if it has ever slowly stopped?

If side effects are unacceptable to you and you are not able to wait for their possible relief, it is advisable to contact the doctor who ordered the drug and you know the situation. You seem to have already taken steps: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/81340/4-lata-temu-zaczelam-brac-seroxat-byl-dla-mnie-idealny-ale-po-3
