Can there be strong side effects when taking deprexolet?

Yesterday evening I took one tablet of deprexolet for the first time, the psychiatrist mentioned the side effects of dizziness, etc., but somehow after an hour after taking the drug, in addition to dizziness, I had breathing problems, strong chest tightness, vomiting, a problem with independent stopping on my feet. Can the side effects be so strong?
