Can I use Sirdalud and Betaloc ZOK together?

The doctor prescribed me Sirdalud 1/2 tablet for the night. In addition, I suffer from sinus tachycardia and take Betalok 25. I'm afraid Sirdalud will affect my accelerated heart rate. I'm afraid to take it so that my heart rate doesn't drop too low. Is it possible to take these 2 drugs?

Sirdalud and Betaloc OCD can only be used together if they have been recommended by one doctor or if your doctor knew about their use.
