Due to one of the ways of coaxil's action consisting in the reverse capture of serotonin, it is not recommended to use it together with Doreta, due to the possibility of the occurrence of the so-called serotonin syndromes. If it is possible, I suggest using another analgesic containing, for example, paracetamol itself, e.g. Apap. If other painkillers do not bring relief, you should keep about 6 hours between taking Coaxil and Doreta. Both drugs are preparations available with a doctor's prescription, you should always inform a specialist about all medications and dietary supplements you are taking.
