Will moving the time of applying the Evra patch by 1 or 1.5 hours reduce the effectiveness of contraception?

Good morning. I have been using Evera patches for a year, I always apply at 7.30. However, I would like to move the patch by an hour or 1.5, i.e. to 8.30-9.00. Won't this reduce their effectiveness? How do I do this?
