The preparations listed by you are medicines and dietary supplements available both on and without a prescription. For Milivit and Lipanthyl, the method of application and the length of therapy is prescribed by the doctor. Omega-3 acids, vitamin D3 and magnesium are recommended to be used together, magnesium and omega-3 acids increase the bioavailability of vit. D3, these substances can be used for a long time. At the moment, there is no information on the safety of curcumin and piperine for a long time. There are studies showing a reduction in LDL cholesterol during an 8-week curcumin treatment. After this time, it would be necessary to perform diagnostic tests and make a decision on the further use of the supplement. Hepatil is a dietary supplement, there is no specific time of use. The decision on whether the preparation can be continued can be made after checking the function of the liver with diagnostic tests, after undergoing treatment with hepatil. When using both medicines prescribed by the doctor and those that have been introduced into the therapy on their own, you should always inform the specialist about all those used.
