Do herbal teas increase the amount of urine excreted?

Good morning. For 2 weeks I drank herbal teas: nettle, horsetail, cranberry juice, chamomile, coffee once a day and lemon balm. For some time now I have the impression that I still have to use the toilet. The general urine test came out perfect, but I'm still tormented by this feeling. Could it be due to an "overdose" of these things? Can you help yourself somehow? Of course, I stopped taking most of the herbs

Both nettle and horsetail have a diuretic effect, so the feeling of constant urge to urinate and more frequent visits to the toilet are fully justified. If you stop weaning herbs for a while - the problem will normalize.
