If I took Nefopam at 4 p.m., can I take Simpramol in the evening?
Hello, at 16 wzielam 1 tab. Nefopam 30mg if I can take sypromal for the night, I started treatment and I do not really know if I can. Thank you

Do not take Simpramol during treatment with Nefopam - unless your doctor has told you otherwise, then you should strictly follow the dosing regimen agreed with your specialist. Combining these drugs carries an increased risk of hyperthermia, malignant hypertension and arrhythmias. There is then a high risk of convulsions that are dangerous to health and life. Therefore, such a combination can be used only after consulting a doctor.
