Do the side effects of antidepressants pass with time?

I have been taking faxoler er37.5 for depression for 14 days and medication depression passes and medication has stopped, the drug activates me.however, I have a problem I have a slight otepienie and drowsiness I can not focus on the visit I have a doctor on May 13 or these side effects will pass?

In the initial period of antidepressant therapy, patients are more likely to experience side effects related to drowsiness, apathy or problems with concentration. With the passage of time, when the body adapts to the action of the drug, these side effects are alleviated or disappear completely. Usually this period lasts 2-4 weeks.
