Very common side effects with Asertin (may affect more than 1 in 10 people) include somnolence and tiredness, among others. The occurrence of side effects is individually variable, perhaps in your case the effect causing a feeling of persistent drowsiness is very intense. If this is unacceptable to you, please contact your doctor.
