Can a one-and-a-half-year-old child take Trileptal and Rapamune together?

Hi, the son is one and a half years old and suffers from tuberous sclerosis. He gets sabril and frizium from which we descend. I also get raphamune now the doctor prescribed Trileptal syrup after 2 ml.If the seizures will be required we turn it on. The question is whether it is safe to use Trileptal along with these drugs with an emphasis on Raphamune . The son also has polycystic kidney disease. I get Amlodepine and Eraneral 1 mg each

With such complex therapy and concomitant kidney disease, it is difficult to predict the body's response to treatment. The more so because the effectiveness and safety of these drugs in such young children have not been studied. However, I do not find any information in the available literature that Trileptal and Rapamune interact with each other in clinically relevant ways. It remains, therefore, to trust the attending physician. If you observe any disturbing symptoms, please consult a specialist as soon as possible.
