Can Probella cause spotting?

I take the drug probella, for two months I did not have menstruation, but now I got it is not a real menstruation but scanty dark spotting but the pain in the lower abdomen for 3 days is unbearable. Even no pain pills help. Is it possible that it is from probella tablets?

To @Magda: Amenorrhea or irregular bleeding are common side effects, especially during the first months after starting Probella. The delay of menstruation is not a cause for concern, and bleeding disorders usually pass with the time of use of the drug (several months).

For @Seyenworb: Yes, when using Probella (especially in the first few months) bleeding disorders such as spotting, irregular bleeding or amenorrhea are common.

Spotting is a common side effect of Probella tablets. According to the manufacturer, these symptoms are more common during the first months after the start of treatment with Probella and disappear with continued treatment. Observed side effects of therapy should be reported to the doctor at the next visit.
